I've been using this product for years and I love it! I use it almost daily to smooth ends after flexible hair spray use. It's also helpful as a blow dry heat protectant, and a little goes a long way. I basically smooth it onto ends, then run through strands with blow dryer (pick usage type) to regain smooth ends. I like how it doesn't cause a greasy buildup or weigh the hair down; offers a nice, subtle shine also. Be sure to not use too much: squirt one or two pumps in palm of hand, then rub hands together and apply to ends with palms of hands gripping strands for smoothing technique.
